Take advantage of this FREE Progressive Boxing Class. Open to Adults & Youth (ages 11+). Instructor Gary Cummings will introduce the fundamentals of boxing during this 10-week session. Participants will be taught about stance, guard, movement, and form. Join Certified Fitness Trainer, Dalia Crocker, in this weekly low-impact exercise. One of the best things about Cardio Sculpt workouts is that they aren't high-impact, which means the exercises performed in this class won't stress your joints! In fact, a cardio sculpt workout can be completely no-impact, and yet still be highly effective at burning fat and calories. Increase cardio endurance, build core strength plus balance with interval training. Bring a water bottle and towel. Day: TuesdaysTime: 9:30am - 10:30am (45 minute class with cool down)Fee: Free to Eatontown Residents!Register to ensure that you receive communication of any schedule changes or notifications for specific dates.

Take advantage of this FREE Progressive Boxing Class. Open to Adults & Youth (ages 11+). Instructor Gary Cummings will introduce the fundamentals of boxing during this 10-week session. Participants will be taught about stance, guard, movement, and form.
