Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for seated or balancing poses.
It's based on traditional yoga, which has poses that date back over 5,000 years, but chair yoga modifies standard poses so you can do them while sitting.


Chair yoga can be suitable for people of all experience levels. It can help improve flexibility, concentration, and strength, while boosting mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.

Time: 10:45am
Fee: Free, for Eatontown Residents only!
